Commercial Garage Door Panel Repair and Spring Adjustment at Take 5 Oil Change on W Indian School Rd in Phoenix
A commercial garage door at Take 5 Oil Change was struck by a truck while the door was not fully open. Eric repaired and reinforced the damaged lower section, then adjusted a recently installed spring system that had not been set up correctly.
The Problem
The Door Was Struck Before It Finished Opening
A truck struck the commercial garage door while it was still partially open. The impact damaged the lower section of the door, although the damage was less severe than a full door failure.
Eric also found that the garage door had a recently installed spring system. The spring system itself was new, but the adjustment was not correct and needed additional work.
The project therefore involved both commercial garage door repair and adjustment of the existing spring system.

Lower Door Damage
The lower section of the commercial garage door had been damaged when the truck contacted the door before it was fully open.
Door Needed Reinforcement
